Our management has combined experience of over 30 years in the demolition and construction industry and is trained to NVQ level 6 in demolition project management.
Our core business is mechanical demolition covering all sectors including industrial dilapidated warehouses, commercial cut and carve to simple residential dwellings. In addition, we cover strip outs, asbestos abatement including surveys, removal and disposal, site clearance, asset recovery and recycling. Accredited with Constructionline Gold, SSIP & Acclaim we can demonstrate safe compliance in collaboration with our industry-specific Health and safety consultants to ensure that projects are delivered safely and diligently. Asbestos surveys
As a legal requirement for any non-domestic building built prior to 2000, we cover all types of asbestos surveys from management, and re-inspection to fully intrusive refurbishment and demolition all in accordance with HSG264. Surveys are conducted by P402 qualified and suitably experienced surveyors with full quality checked survey reports to enable duty holders to manage legal obligations.
Asbestos Removal & Management
With UKATA-trained operatives we can work safely and directly with the removal of non-licensed asbestos-containing materials to satisfy the Control of Asbestos Regulations, these works typically range from cement-based products from roof sheets to panels, thermoplastic products such as floor tiles, plasterboard textured coatings to bitumen DPC’s. We also can manage asbestos-containing materials that may not be able to be removed and can provide safe management techniques such as encapsulation. Partnering with our tried and tested subcontract supply chain we can also remove licensed materials professionally and safely to ensure that projects are safely returned hazard-free to our clients.
Strip out, alterations, temporary works
Since the COVID-19 pandemic and a big shift in working locations, we have experienced many clients wishing to alter existing premises that no longer meet their needs. For example, many offices and commercial buildings are now being converted to residential properties including new offices to traditional Victorian listed buildings. We have the skills, qualifications, and experience to enable the remodelling of structures whether it’s a straightforward strip out back to the core, or the removal of heavy-duty structural elements such as walls, floors, basements and so on we ensure that structures are returned safely to meet modern-day requirements.
Demolition
Using various techniques from the BS:6187 Code of Practice for full and partial demolition we safely do what we do best, dismantle and demolish structures. With low-emission modern equipment ranging from heavy demolition spec excavators to hydraulic demolition specialist attachments such as Selecta grabs, pulverisers, and breakers to shears we reduce structures and recycle material either directly on-site for client re-use or off-site for the wider construction industry. We provide turnkey solutions to any demolition project from pre-planning demolition waste audits, structural surveys, discharging onerous planning conditions, environmental monitoring systems, crushing to engineered specifications to Demolition health and safety files. In a constantly evolving industry, we work with project stakeholders such as local authorities, principal designers, developers, main contractors, project managers and H&S consultants to make sure all bases are satisfactorily covered with the aim of safe repeat business.

Demolition environments are dirty, dusty and dangerous. Given the nature of the industry, we know the only way to successfully complete a hazard-littered project is to de-risk as far as reasonably practicable. To do this we ensure that all projects undergo a thorough due diligence HS&W process, pre, during and post works. Ranging from Demolition Phase Construction Health and Safety Plans, RAMS, plans of work, COSHH assessments to site induction to routine fire drills we have safety at the forefront of the project. We employ Demolition specialist H&S Consultants Prime Safety to advise and educate us where necessary and provide our specialist legal H&S support. With quality management systems and robust policies in place, we are well-equipped to deliver safe projects.
We hold Constructionline Gold, Acclaim SSIP and Social Value accreditations and have received good feedback from Clients with regards to H, S and W. Members of the CITB we ensure that training and development is aimed at best industry practice.
